Online Payments – FAQ

Is registering for online payment mandatory and will cheque or cash still be accepted?

Participation in online payment is highly encouraged. During our transition to online payment, parents and guardians will still be able to pay by cheque or cash for school fees.

Which credit card options are available?

The credit card options available are Visa and credit card.

When will the money be deducted from my bank account?

Most payments are deducted immediately.

Will I get a receipt for the payment?

Parent will get a receipt for paying the fees. It is parent responsibility to collect the receipt from the Finance Department.

What should I do if I need a refund?

Any refunds will be made in line with The Sultan’s School policy and procedures.

What should I do if I cannot locate my child in the system?

How I can get a school invoice?

The school sends the invoices by E-mail, and parent can know the outstanding fees from the school fees apps.
