Throughout this academic year, we have continued to enhance our facilities to ensure our students have access to the best possible resources to enhance their learning. The old boarding house is now being converted into a Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Maths (STEAM) centre. What was once the common room and study areas for the scholars is now a Design Technology lab. In addition, Art Room 3 has been converted into a CAD-CAM (Computer Aided Design and Manufacturing) centre. Moving forward, the second and third floors of the old boarding house are due to be reconfigured into art and design studios and we are also planning for a robotics centre and film studio. In addition, the old cafeteria has had a make over and will now complement the new cafeteria.

Over the summer we also took the opportunity to remove the old fashioned ‘artex’ from all the buildings and walls. This has now been replaced with matt finish paint, that is long lasting and much easier to clean.
