The Sultan’s School’s third beach clean-up event took place on 28th April and involved younger scholars who collected rubbish to fill specially designed eco-friendly garbage cubes. The cubes were made on the school campus when Mr Harald Reichenback, president of ‘G-Cubes’ came to work directly with students.
The ‘G-Cubes’ initiative promotes ‘art, ecology and education together’ and fundamentally works to help clean plastic waste from our oceans. The cubes made at The Sultan’s School will later join others from around the world and eventually be presented to the United Nations.
